You can move to a new iPhone with the iPhone’s own transfer, as it is.
1. Your learning records
If you move your data from your previous iPhone with Quick Start, or restore your new iPhone from your previous iPhone’s iCloud backup, your progress, lives, SP, quests and settings move to the new iPhone as they are. The iPhone’s own backup and transfer carry them; the App sends no information.
- Before restoring from an iCloud backup, back up your previous iPhone first, so that the backup is current.
- If you set up the new iPhone as a new iPhone, your learning records do not move.
- Deleting the App deletes its learning records on that iPhone. Keep the App on your previous iPhone until the move is finished.
2. VIP
VIP is tied to the Apple Account you bought it with. On the new iPhone, VIP continues as long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account. If it does not, tap “Restore Purchases” (「購入を復元」) at the top left of the VIP screen. You will not be charged again.
3. App ID
The App ID in 「ヘルプと情報」 (Help and Info) is made for each device. Restored from a backup, it stays the same; on an iPhone set up as new, or after the App is reinstalled, it is a new ID.
4. If something goes wrong
If your records do not move, please tell us through the feedback form. Including the App ID of the iPhone you use now helps us check sooner.
